Leslie Elms, O.D. a native of Baker City, received her Doctorate from Pacific University in 1996. Positive, outgoing and down-to-earth, her hands-on approach and straightforward manner make it easy for people to trust her. She enjoys traveling, camping, hunting, boating, water and snow skiing. Dr. Elms is married and has two daughters.
Logan Mitchell, O.D. returned to his hometown of Baker City in 2010 after graduating with his Doctorate from Pacific University. Sociable, good humored and relaxed, he is at ease with people and has a zest for adventure. Passionate about outdoor sports, he enjoys hiking, backpacking, mountain biking, rock climbing, hunting and snow skiing. Dr. Mitchell is married and has two sons.
Derek Blankenship, O.D. born and raised in Baker City, received his Doctorate from Midwestern University Arizona College of Optometry in 2018. Gracious, warm and engaging, he easily connects with people through his open honesty and desire to help others. He has a great interest in out activities including hunting, camping, fishing, and golfing. Dr. Blankenship is married and has two sons.
